Registration and Payment Procedures

登記及付款流程

The reservation should be made at least 2 months in advance, and it is subjected to the availability of our courses and the Before your school registration, please check and decide on the following items:

使用流動實驗室需提前至少兩個月登記,具體情況亦會受限於所選擇之實驗。登記前,請檢查以下事宜:

•  Whether your school can accommodate the MobileLab, with the dimension of 12 metre (Length) x 3.8 metre (Height) x 2.5 metre (width) and upload an image of the parking space by clicking this link or scanning the QR code on the right;

    貴校是否能容納流動實驗室(長度:12米;高度:3.8米;寬度:2.5米),請點擊此鏈接或掃描右方二維碼上傳泊車位照片

•  Whether the MobileLab is available on your proposed activity date;

    申請活動日期當日,流動實驗室是否空閒;

•  What kind of courses we have offered;

    希望申請的課程;

•  How many classes and students taking the courses.

    參與每個課程的班級與學生數目。

Please read the Registration Notes and send the completed Registration Form by email (bml@hoyu.edu.hk) or by fax (2109-2002) at least 2 months before the first day of courses.
請仔細閱讀登記須知,並且在計劃活動首日兩個月前,通過電郵(bml@hoyu.edu.hk)或傳真(2109-2002)遞交完成的登記表格


A quotation will be sent to the Teacher-in-charge upon the receipt of the Registration Form.
收到登記表格之後,我們會向負責老師發送報價單。


The Teacher-in-charge shall sign the quotation with the school chop and return the quotation by email (bml@hoyu.edu.hk) or by fax (2109-2002) within 14 working days.
負責老師需在報價單上簽名蓋章,並且在14個工作日內通過電郵(bml@hoyu.edu.hk)或傳真(2109-2002)遞交報價單。


The registration is confirmed after the MobileLab has secure parking in the school campus (depending on site visit or photo uploaded) and the signed quotation is received.
如果流動實驗室能在校園內安全停泊(基於現場參觀或上傳照片),並且我們已經收到簽署後的報價單,即為登記成功。


For first time registration, a mandatory pre-lab meeting will be arranged with the Teacher-in-Charge at our headquarter (Ho Yu College and Primary School) in Tung Chung at least 1 month in advance to discuss the details of the program.
如果是首次登記,負責老師必須在活動前至少一個月親臨東涌總部(可譽中學暨可譽小學)進行實驗前會議,以討論活動詳情。


Invoice will be given to the Teacher-in-Charge on the final day of activity.
發單會在活動最後一天交給負責老師。


*The above procedures will be effective on 20 Jun 2022. During the grace period of now until 19 June 2022, registration with either the previous and current forms are acceptable. Thereafter, registration with the previous form will no longer be acceptable.

*以上流程將於2022年6月20日正式生效。即日起至2022年6月19日的寬限期內,以舊版或新版表格登記均屬有效。寬限期結束之後,將不再接收舊版表格。

支票抬頭請寫:嗇色園並在活動後三十日內寄至以下地址:

An official receipt will be sent to Teacher-in-Charge upon receipt of the payment.

正式收據會在收到付款後寄回負責老師。
