旅款調酒樂繽紛
上個月，十二位中五級的旅遊及款待科同學參與了由酒店及旅遊學院舉辦的「調酒樂繽紛」活動。
同學透過富趣味性的體驗活動，增加對資歷架構及餐飲業的基本認識。與此同時，學生亦學習到如何調製雞尾酒飲品（無酒精），從而了解調酒師之日常工作。完成體驗課程後，同學更獲學院所頒發的證書。

Fun with Bartending
Last month, twelve of our S5 students taking Tourism and Hospitality Studies joined the “Fun with Bartending” activity hosted by the Hotel and Tourism Institute.
This fascinating experience enhanced their fundamental understanding of the Qualifications Framework and the catering industry. Meanwhile, students explored the work of a bartender by learning how to make mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail) drinks. Upon accomplishment of the course, students received a certificate issued by the Institute.
