
The order should be made at least 2 weeks in advance, and it is subjected to the availability of our supply. Before ordering, please check and decide on the following items:

- What kind of courses we have offered;
- How many classes and students taking the courses?
- Whether there is enough time for laboratory supply preparation?

Please read the BML Order Notes and send the completed BML Order Form by email (bml@hoyu.edu.hk) at least 2 weeks before the suggested delivery date. The actual delivery date will be coordinated between BML and the ordering party.
請閱讀 BML 訂購注意事項,並在建議交貨日期前至少 2 週透過電子郵件 (bml@hoyu.edu.hk) 發送填寫完整的 BML 訂購表格。實際送貨日期將由 BML 和訂購方協商決定。
A quotation will be sent to the Teacher-in-charge upon the receipt of the BMLOrder Form.
收到訂購表格之後,我們會向負責老師發送報價單。
The Teacher-in-charge shall sign the quotation with the school chop and return the quotation by email (bml@hoyu.edu.hk) within 14 working days.
負責老師需在報價單上簽名蓋章,並且在14個工作日內通過電郵(bml@hoyu.edu.hk)遞交報價單。
For the first time ordering, teacher(s) / technician(s) is/are required to attend a pre-order meeting at least one month before the delivery date at our headquarter, Ho Yu College and Primary School (Tung Chung) to confirm the details in order to prepare teaching materials accordingly. It is advisable to attend the meeting prior to ordering the laboratory supply of any new course(s).
首次訂購時,老師/實驗室技術員必須至少提前一個月出席位於東涌嗇色園主辦可譽中學暨可譽小學的首次訂購會議,以確認活動的細節及準備相關教學材料。在訂購新課程的實驗物資前亦建議先參加此會議。
Teachers-in-charge must ensure students follow the laboratory manual of the Program and properly use the lab equipment. If any equipment is damaged due to mishandling of students, the Program reserves the right to take necessary action or compensation.
負責老師必須確保學生遵守實驗指南並正確使用實驗室設備。如因學生不正依指示使用設備造成的損壞,本計劃將保留採取必要措施的權利或需要照價賠償。
Upon arrival of the lab supplies, please immediately count the quantity and store the frozen/ refrigerated supplies in an appropriate place. If the supplies do not match the ordered quantity, please contact bml@hoyu.edu.hk or WhatsApp: (852) 9373 8347 within 1 working day. Invoice will be given to the Teacher-in-Charge together with the delivery of laboratory supply.
物資送抵後,請立即點算數量及把冷凍物資儲存在合適地方。如發現物資及與訂單數量不符,請於1個工作天內聯絡 bml@hoyu.edu.hk或WhatsApp (852) 9373 8347查詢。發票將與實驗室用品一起交給負責老師。
