DNA Fingerprinting – Amplification of DNA Samples by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)

Learn about the concept of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and its applications in DNA Fingerprinting. Students will amplify DNA sample by a thermal cycler. After the PCR, they can use micropipettes to deliver DNA samples into an agarose gel, and perform gel electrophoresis to visualize the results.

學習聚合酶鏈反應（PCR）的概念以及其在DNA指紋分析中的應用。學生會用熱循環儀器擴增DNA樣本。完成PCR之後，再用微量移液管將DNA樣本加入瓊脂凝膠中，並進行凝膠電泳以檢驗結果。
