Learn about the principle of agarose gel electrophoresis and its applications in DNA Fingerprinting. Students can use micropipettes to deliver simulated samples (i.e. dye) into an agarose gel, and conduct gel electrophoresis to observe the results. 認識瓊脂凝膠電泳的原理，以及其在DNA指紋分析中的應用。學生利用微量移液管將模擬樣本（染料）加到瓊脂凝膠之中，再啟動電泳，觀察結果。 |
