使用流動實驗室需提前至少兩個月登記，具體情況亦會受限於所選擇之實驗。登記前，請檢查以下事宜：
- Whether your school can accommodate the MobileLab, with the dimension of 12 metre (Length) x 3.8 metre (Height) x 2.5 metre (width) and upload an image of the parking space by clicking this link or scanning the QR code on the right;
- Whether the MobileLab is available on your proposed activity date;
- What kind of courses we have offered;
- How many classes and students taking the courses.
貴校是否能容納流動實驗室（長度：12米；高度：3.8米；寬度：2.5米），請點擊此鏈接或掃描二維碼上傳泊車位照片；- 申請活動日期當日，流動實驗室是否空閒；
- 希望申請的課程；

請仔細閱讀登記須知，並且在計劃活動首日兩個月前，通過電郵（bml@hoyu.edu.hk）或傳真（2109-2002）遞交完成的登記表格。
A quotation will be sent to the Teacher-in-charge upon the receipt of the Registration Form.
收到登記表格之後，我們會向負責老師發送報價單。
The Teacher-in-charge shall sign the quotation with the school chop and return the quotation by email (bml@hoyu.edu.hk) or by fax (2109-2002) within 14 working days.
負責老師需在報價單上簽名蓋章，並且在14個工作日內通過電郵（bml@hoyu.edu.hk）或傳真（2109-2002）遞交報價單。
The registration is confirmed after the MobileLab has secure parking in the school campus (depending on site visit or photo uploaded) and the signed quotation is received.
如果流動實驗室能在校園內安全停泊（基於現場參觀或上傳照片），並且我們已經收到簽署後的報價單，即為登記成功。
For first time registration, a mandatory pre-lab meeting will be arranged with the Teacher-in-Charge at our headquarter (Ho Yu College and Primary School) in Tung Chung at least 1 month in advance to discuss the details of the program.
如果是首次登記，負責老師必須在活動前至少一個月親臨東涌總部（可譽中學暨可譽小學）進行實驗前會議，以討論活動詳情。
Invoice will be given to the Teacher-in-Charge on the final day of activity.
發單會在活動最後一天交給負責老師。
