Where are the Germs? – Grow Germs from Hands and Environment

Learn about the concept of “micrometer”, different kinds of microorganisms, and their relationship with humans. Students can culture microorganisms from their fingers, and compare the differences of the colour of microbial colonies, and the number of microorganisms before and after hand-washing. They can also collect samples from the surrounding. After incubation, we are able to see microorganisms with the naked eye.

認識「微米」、不用種類的微生物以及微生物與人類的關係。學生將培養自己手指上的微生物，並對比洗手前後的微生物菌落顏色和微生物數量的差異。他們還可以從周圍環境搜集樣本。經過培養之後，我們用肉眼就能見到微生物。
