Learn about the concept of bacterial growth and different methods of disinfection. Students can spread a layer of bacterial cells on agar plates, place paper discs of different household chemicals, like mouthwash, toothpaste, alcohol, etc, onto the plates, to investigate their effects on bacterial growth. 認識細菌生長的基礎概念與不同的殺菌方法。學生會將一層細菌塗抹在瓊脂培養皿上，然後將吸收過不同家居化學物質（例如漱口水、牙膏、酒精）的濾紙放在培養皿上，以探究家居化學物質對細菌生長的影響。 |
