Learn about the concept of bacterial growth, different types of antibiotics, and the concept of antibiotic resistance. Students can spread a layer of bacterial cells on agar plates, place paper discs of different concentrations of antibiotics onto agar plates, to investigate the effects of antibiotics on bacterial growth. 認識細菌生長、不同種類的抗生素和細菌抗藥性的概念。學生會將一層細菌塗抹在瓊脂培養皿上，然後將不同濃度抗生素的濾紙放在培養皿上，以探究抗生素對細菌生長的影響。 |
