Effects of pH on Bacterial Growth 酸鹼對細菌生長的影響

In this course, students will learn about the importance of pH in daily life. This experiment is to detect the effect of pH on the bacterial growth by monitoring the turbidity of the culture medium. Students can have hands on experience on the use of spectrophotometer.
